Probably the worst JX truck center to breakdown or get towed to Slow service and no communication at all Had to get an uber to Bloomington and back to get my own parts as they only realized they don’t have the part they needed an hour to close One hour after leaving the lost all my diesel after they left a hose not tight after having worked on the truck all morning fixing a coolant leak

So I had brike down in a derate mode pulled into there shop both service writers greeted both my service dog Mathias and I with warm welcomes this all started on a Monday. They informed me they would not be able to fix my truck until Thursday. Well I'll tell you Ms.Casey And Ms. Julie along with the entire service department and parts department aswell as the technicians worked their butts off to find the issues and getting parts. The way they worked together like a team to get me up and going; on Tuesday afternoon. The hospitality they showed Mathias and I was amazing the let Mathias walk around and visit with everyone and he loved visiting everyone weather it was for a treat or just a petting he was so happy. Thank you so much to the team at JX Peterbilt in Champagne, IL. You guys are great. Ps. If you need your peterbilt worked on it recommend them you'll be happy.

Do not go to this dealer if you want to purchase a truck, they don't have any staff that can go with you on a test drive and from what they told me haven had anyone for quite sometime. Can you imagine going to a car dealer and wanting to buy a car but they won't let you test drive it. I had signed a contract a week before and put down a deposit, the truck was in Rockford Il, they said they can transfer it, they shipped it to Indy... he said there isn't any support staff in Champaign to drive it, Champaign is 15 minutes from my home and is much closer to ship from Rockford than Indianapolis. So I made arrangements and funding available and set a date for Friday to drive 2.5 hrs to go and look at the truck. He had a really nice guy run with me to test drive, I checked it out and said I would take it. I also purchased a 3 year warranty. I never tried to get them to lower any prices. After I told them I would take it my bank immediately wired all the money and I cut them a check for the warranty. They said they would need a bit to get me the documents, then they suggested running in town for an hr and come back. We came back, still no paperwork, after about 1/2 an hr they sugges

Right from when I walked in the service doors, I was greeted by DJ ( service advisor) Extremely professional and courteous. Made me feel at home in his place of business. The tech working on my truck was the best. He was thorough and fixed a problem that 2 other dealers could not fix or care enough to figure out what was going on. I would definitely come back to this dealership and I would also buy my first O/O truck from them if it ever comes to that. 5 stars is not enough. Thank you again. John Smith driver at WEL companies.
